Assistant Director Cath Lab Full Time Days

The Assistant Director is a key member of our nursing team, responsible for managing the daily operations of our Cath Lab department. This role requires a professional nurse who can work collaboratively with our Director of Nursing to provide high-quality patient care while meeting organizational and medical staff goals.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Director of Nursing in promoting efficient operations and effective nursing care
- Co-manage the department and work independently under the guidance of the Director of Nursing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, The Joint Commission, and the Nurse Practice Act
- Partner with the Director of Nursing and other stakeholders to promote optimum healthcare delivery within budgetary guidelines
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Bachelor's degree required (in nursing preferred)
- Current state or compact nursing license, BSN required or enrolled within 6 months
- BCLS certification
- Any other certifications required for staff nurses in the area managed
- Demonstrated proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge, and skills
- Ability to use computer-driven patient care equipment
