Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of management consulting experience, with 3 years of team management and business development experience within the management consulting setting.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: 3+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory technology.
  • Project Management: Experience leading significant project management engagements with successful outcomes in complex organizations.
  • Business Development: Proven track record of originating sales pursuits and closing sales, creating solutions to complex business programs, operational excellence, and strong understanding of consultative sales approach.
  • Leadership Skills: Team player with outstanding interpersonal and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required in business or related field; advanced degrees welcome.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 30% (post-COVID).

  • Compensation: $128-180K + Annual Discretionary Bonus.
