Community Compliance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Community Compliance Auditor to join our team at ATC. As a Community Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting on-site monitoring and reviews of DCS community based contracted provider businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct reviews throughout DCS regions 3, 4, 6, and 7 to evaluate DCS services and billing.
  • Educate, recommend, and create plans of corrections when errors are found.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with state laws, policies, service standards, and procedures.
  • Travel to DCS provider locations within the regions as frequent as twice a week.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, monthly division meetings, and quarterly face-to-face meetings in Central Office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
