Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Aramark. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets to ensure efficient food production.
  • Direct daily activities and maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.
  • Ensure that food items are stored in a safe, organized, and hazard-free environment, and that all food production meets quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and prepare orders as needed to ensure accurate production.
  • Supervise and evaluate employees, providing guidance and support to ensure employee growth and development.
  • Train and mentor other food service workers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and recommend replacement of equipment as needed.
  • Assist with catering events and ensure that all events are prepared and delivered on time.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Food Service Director or Manager.
Requirements
  • Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
  • Must complete a sanitation course either before or during the first year.
  • Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic and maintain emotional control under stress.
  • Ability to resolve interpersonal situations and maintain strong organizational skills.
