Key Responsibilities:
- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to children's developmental needs
- Engage children in creative activities such as arts and crafts, music, and storytelling
- Ensure a safe and stimulating play environment
- Assist with personal care tasks including dressing and diaper changes, while supervising playtime
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's daily activities and behavior
- Regularly sanitize toys and play areas to ensure health and safety
- Handle general administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in Early Childhood Education or childcare is preferred (training available for the right candidates).
- CPR Certification is preferred (training assistance available).
- Child Development Associate Certification is preferred (training assistance available).
