This individual will be the go-to resource for troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless system performance. If you have a knack for identifying and fixing complex problems, this might be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective resolution of system-related issues on customer-facing platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes of technical issues
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and trends
