We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Expert to join our team at 24 Hour Fitness. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest and member experiences, driving sales and revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our members.
Key Responsibilities- Offer membership, fitness, and retail products and services to meet the needs of our members
- Build relationships and translate the value of 24 Hour Fitness product and service offerings to drive member acquisition and retention
- Focus on behaviors that drive member engagement and loyalty
