We are looking for a highly skilled Easter Territory Account Manager to join our team at Master Builders Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to increase revenue. With a strong background in sales and industry knowledge, you will provide expert advice to customers, including mix design, troubleshooting, and field quality control.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of industry experience, a strong understanding of concrete QA/QC processes, and electrical and mechanical aptitude. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This role offers a competitive salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue
  • Provide technical support to customers through mix design, troubleshooting, and field quality control
  • Maintain leadership in local industry organizations
  • Inform appropriate organizational functions of competitor and market intelligence
