Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at a large elementary school in Northlake, IL.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students in the Early Childhood program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with higher needs, including non-verbal and Autism spectrum disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations to assess speech needs and areas of growth
  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and classroom teachers to meet the students' speech and/or language needs
  • Observe students and collect data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans
  • Facilitate staff and community training in the area of communication disorders
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders
  • IDFPR license eligible in the state of Illinois
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) eligible in the state of Illinois
  • Preferred experience in a K-12 setting
