Job Summary

Discovery Behavioral Health DBH is seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop effective treatment plans for patients with psychiatric disorders
  • Prescribe and monitor medications as needed, working closely with the treatment team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with program leadership and the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of psychiatric services
  • Participate in weekly treatment planning meetings and provide input on patient care
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in our electronic medical record system
Requirements
  • Must be a qualified psychiatrist with experience in adolescent psychiatry
  • Must be a graduate of an approved medical school and hold a current license in the state of practice
  • Must be eligible for membership in the local branch of the State Medical Society
