We are seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our team at the Tanger Outlet store in Grand Rapids, MI. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build credibility and trust with customers as a personal stylist and fashion expert.
- Support an environment of teamwork and collaboration with peers, customers, and supervisors.
- Achieve sales goals through effective strategies, clienteling, and sourcing new customers.
- Develop product knowledge and share information with the team.
Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of cash register systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
