Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

At REA Magnet Wire Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and working closely with customers to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Collect and maintain accurate customer data, including contact information, account details, and production requirements.
  • Ensure the accuracy of order entry, including customer product requirements, ship-to instructions, and delivery dates.
  • Monitor and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize effective communication and listening skills to identify customer needs and opportunities.
  • Follow established processes and procedures to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Manage customer returns and facilitate the process for returns, including documentation and approval.
  • Manage owned OEM or distributor consignment programs, including inventory management and reconciliation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Five years of experience in customer service or customer support.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of products, sales practices, operations, and policies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Six Sigma and/or Lean manufacturing experience.
  • Production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
