Job Description

As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will inspire and lead the clinical team to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents. You will build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to coordinate personalized care plans. Your leadership skills will enable you to motivate and engage your associates, ensuring high-quality care and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day clinical services of a complex community, ensuring residents' healthcare needs are met.

  • Collaborate with community leadership to drive business results and improve resident outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational background as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN)
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience, with clinical leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
