About the Position:

This is a unique opportunity to take on a transformational leadership role at University Health. As a Transformational Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and processes that drive significant improvements in departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs and processes to achieve greater productivity, consistency, and outcomes for the departments managed.
  • Work collaboratively with department directors to meet and improve dashboard measures and other key strategic initiatives through data analysis, interpretation, and recommendations for change.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to department staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree required. A minimum of two years' experience in business operations is preferred. Knowledge of lean training is preferred.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
