Nursing Professional in Outpatient Care

Position Highlights:
- No prior dialysis experience necessary.
- Training may occur in various facilities beyond your designated clinic.
- Flexibility to float to different clinics during and post-training.
- Availability for morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is essential.

- Establish meaningful, long-lasting relationships with patients and their families in a close-knit outpatient setting.

- Provide care to patients with diverse co-morbidities, necessitating tailored treatment plans and a wide array of nursing skills.
- Supervise a group of patients with the assistance of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to conduct observations, measure vital signs, and set up equipment.

Qualifications:
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited institution is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or a three-year diploma from an accredited program may also be acceptable.
- Previous experience in settings such as Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) may be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is advantageous.
