- 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax
- CPA certification is required
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively engage with clients
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
