Job Title: Banquet Bartenders and Servers

We are seeking skilled Banquet Bartenders and Servers to join our team at the Green Mill Restaurant and Bar Shoreview. As a Banquet Bartender and Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all events and functions.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, working mostly nights and weekends. You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down conference rooms, maintaining cleanliness standards, and communicating with guests and supervisors as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and break down conference rooms according to event orders
  • Bartend and serve guests at small to large party sizes
  • Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas of the property
  • Communicate any areas of need, problems, and concerns from guests to supervisors
Requirements
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, stoop, and bend
  • Customer-oriented and friendly
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Working quickly without compromising quality
  • Knowledge of the English language
