Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Avionics Electrical Technician Lead to join our team at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating electrical/avionics activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and complete tasks on work authorizations to meet master schedules
  • Coordinate electrical and avionics activities to meet aircraft schedules and deadlines
  • Supervise and instruct electrical technicians on technical guidance and proper procedures
  • Maintain a preventive maintenance program on test equipment, hand tools, and special tools
  • Ensure compliance with Site Inspection Procedures Manual, Site Operating Procedures, and FARs
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years experience on large/mid-size aircraft
  • 8 years experience in aircraft avionics/electrical career field, or 2 years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics and 6 years related experience
  • FAA A&P license or ability to obtain a repairman certificate within 30 days of start date
  • FCC license or NCATT certification preferred
