Your Role in Our Success

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in New London, CT. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, leading a team of sales professionals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve robust revenue targets
  • Manage the sales cycle, from consultation to closing, and customer retention
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients
  • Promote treatment packages through persuasive sales techniques and value propositions
  • Proactively seek client reviews and referrals
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment
  • Foster strong customer relationships by delivering world-class customer service
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding established sales goals and leading top-performing teams
  • Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations
  • Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Comfortable using various computer systems and software
