**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative Retail Operations Director with experience in retail/convenience management. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, results-driven, and able to lead a team to achieve exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Customer Experience:** Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • **Sales and Profitability:** Maximize sales and profitability through effective inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotions.
  • **Team Leadership:** Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure everyone is working towards common goals.
  • **Operational Efficiency:** Manage daily operations efficiently, ensuring that all store systems and processes are running smoothly.
  • **Community Relationships:** Build strong relationships with the local community, fostering a positive image for Henny Penny and promoting our brand.
  • **Performance Analysis:** Analyze store performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • **Operational Excellence:** Ensure that all store operations are conducted with the highest level of quality, safety, and security.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in team leadership and retail operations management
  • Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Goal-oriented and organized, with a focus on results
  • Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs
