Master Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Master Craftsman to join our team at Matrix Ventures. As a key member of our occupational and employment therapy department, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and development of our patients.

The primary objective of this position is to provide expert guidance and supervision to patients in the field of carpentry, with a focus on promoting their social skills, endurance, and perseverance.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Supervision and Guidance: Provide one-on-one supervision and guidance to patients in the carpentry workshop, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Training and Development: Develop and implement customized training plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Practical and Academic Training: Conduct practical and academic vocational training for patients, including providing technical guidance, checking training reports, and teaching CAD drawing skills.
• Performance Checks and Exams: Conduct regular performance checks and exams to assess patient progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Patient Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to patients, promoting their basic work skills, social skills, and overall well-being.
• Occupational Safety: Conduct occupational safety training for patients, including training on the safe use of machines and hazardous substances.
