Master Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Master Carpenter to join our team at Matrix Ventures. As a key member of our occupational and employment therapy department, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and development of our patients.

• Supervise and guide patients in carpentry-related tasks and activities
• Develop and implement customized training plans to enhance patients' skills and knowledge
• Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions, providing technical guidance and support
• Assess and evaluate patients' progress, identifying areas for improvement and development
• Promote and enhance patients' basic work skills, social skills, and endurance
• Provide continuous guidance, supervision, and support to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Conduct occupational safety training and machine courses for patients

• Proven experience in carpentry and occupational therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
