Job Overview

This role may necessitate overseas deployment for a duration not exceeding 90 days. Responsibilities will include working on military apparatus, requiring the ability to lift, carry, or maneuver items weighing up to approximately forty pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivers technical support for the operation of commercial or military systems, specifically SATCOM systems.
  • Facilitates system services encompassing maintenance, testing, operations, logistics, integration, and installation as directed.
  • Administers system and network operations for training and operational systems as necessary.
  • Acts as an on-site Subject Matter Expert (SME) as a Field Service Representative (FSR) for military dual-satellite geolocation systems and SATCOM equipment.
  • Provides technical support for daily operations, system enhancements, and preventive maintenance of military systems.
  • Collaborates with senior SME/Field Engineers to address operational and technical issues within the systems.

Essential Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Capability to secure and maintain Security + CE certification within six months of employment.
  • Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is mandatory.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in geolocation technologies.
  • Background in operating or maintaining Electronic or Electromagnetic Warfare systems.
  • Familiarity with multi-frequency band (C, Ku, Ka, and X Bands) satellite terminals.
  • Experience in computer system/network administration or maintenance.
  • Preferred knowledge in Systems Engineering and Linux.
  • Current Security + CE Certification is advantageous.
