Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate dental appointments and schedules for participants, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of participant appointments, including scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to participants, caregivers, and healthcare providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a scheduling or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong clerical skills, including filing, record-keeping, data entry, and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
