Job Title: Systems Support General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Support General Manager to join our team at Accurate Personnel LLC. As a critical partner to the System Support Group General Manager, you will provide essential support in planning, implementing, and monitoring security protocols for our organization's computer networks and information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Management & Data Protection: Collaborate with users to discuss computer data access needs, identify security threats and violations, and recommend necessary programming or process changes.
  • System Monitoring & Process Improvement: Review violations of security procedures, providing training to ensure such violations do not recur.
  • User Training & Compliance: Safeguard system security and improve overall server and network efficiency by training users and promoting security awareness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, or a related field required; M.B.A. in Information Systems preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in computer systems, with specialization in computer security highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with a broad array of security software applications and tools.
  • Thorough understanding of computer-related security systems, including firewalls, encryption, password protection, and authentication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Must be able to work standing up or sitting down for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to traverse and access all areas of a warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to work in a Distribution Center environment with varying temperatures.
