**Job Title:** Patient Scheduling and Liaison

We offer a competitive salary of $48,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for scheduling new patients and managing both the Doctor and Hygiene schedules. You will act as a liaison or case manager between the practice and the patient, providing clear communication and support throughout the treatment process.
You will answer questions about treatment plans, discuss financial options, and make agreements about treatment, cost, and method of payment with patients. You will also schedule treatment for patients who have existing treatment plans and ensure that patients with outstanding balances are informed of the practice's financial policy.
**Requirements:** Customer service experience and dental office experience (preferred).
