Career Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Care Liaison to deliver exceptional patient care through the processing of referrals in the delivery of medical goods and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to patients to confirm demographic information, provide updates on referrals, and confirm delivery of goods or services.
  • Communicate with vendor partners, claims adjusters, and nurse case managers to update new referrals and existing ones.
  • Procure vendor partners for each referral based on the requested goods or services.
  • Provide quotes to clients for approval and follow up on quotes already sent to obtain written approval for requested referrals.
  • Confirm billing information exists in each referral and move those referrals to be billed daily.
  • Process referrals according to state regulations and workers' compensation guidelines.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, computer literacy, and organizational skills.
  • Must meet minimum typing requirements.
