About the RoleThe Client Experience Specialist will play a vital role in enhancing the overall client experience, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, efficient, and effective. Key responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, processing insurance claims, and providing policy information.
Key Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Process insurance claims, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
- Provide policy information and answer questions regarding coverage options, premiums, and benefits.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Competitive salary: $52,000 - $72,000 per year, based on experience.
