About the Role

Arcfield is seeking a highly skilled Requirements Management Specialist to support the requirements management and verification process. This role is critical to the success of our projects and requires a strong understanding of requirements definition, development, and verification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Definition and Development: Support the development of requirements definition documents, including contractor specification development and requirements flow-down and changes.
  • Requirements Verification and Validation: Verify and validate requirements to ensure they meet the needs of the project and are aligned with customer requirements.
  • Change Management: Support the development and maintenance of configuration and change management processes, including tracking and archiving of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and drafting, reviewing, and publishing Request for Change (RFC) documents.
  • Program Risk and Opportunity Management: Support the identification and management of program risks and opportunities, including documenting opportunities and risks, developing and tracking mitigation and corrective action plans, and maintaining program opportunity and risk databases.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
  • Clearance: Must possess and be able to maintain a Top Secret/Secret/Clearance with polygraph.
  • Experience: Significant experience in requirements management, including requirements definition, development, and verification, as well as change management and program risk and opportunity management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
