Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Custodial Site Manager I, 2nd Shift to join our team at Goodwill of Colorado. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and quality in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain clean, safe work conditions within the facility and surrounding area.
  • Supervise and train janitorial staff to ensure they meet or exceed customer standards and requirements.
  • Manage contract requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Contract Services to identify and address quality control issues and material/equipment shortages.
  • Provide guidance and support to assigned work leaders, employees, and trainees to maintain contract requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervision of janitorial employees, with knowledge of cleaning chemicals, janitorial equipment, and cleaning technologies.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license without a history of violations.
  • Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
  • Pass a background investigation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Executive Housekeeper (CEH) credentials.
  • Knowledge of Green Clean technologies.
