Role Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a vital communications strategy that enhances the transparency and perception of 1910 Genetics as a leader in biological and drug discovery, showcasing our scientific advancements and team achievements.
- Articulate our cutting-edge scientific endeavors at the intersection of biotechnology and technology across all communication channels.
- Ensure a consistent and accurate portrayal of the company's mission, vision, values, culture, and strategic objectives in all communications.
- Oversee our external media partnerships and manage the content calendar; collaborate with teams to create corporate communications materials, including press releases, social media content, and interview briefs.
- Maintain the integrity of corporate communication platforms, ensuring the corporate website and presentations are up-to-date and accurate.
- Develop and manage social media strategies, including performance monitoring and analysis.
- Craft cohesive corporate messaging for key milestones, medical and investor conferences, and other significant events.
- Support best practices in scientific communication planning, coordinating with scientific leadership to ensure timely execution and disclosures.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, preparing proactive and reactive communication strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to create a compelling corporate narrative that reflects our principles and core values.
- Work with the People team to devise an effective employee communication strategy that enhances employer branding and engagement.
- Partner with legal and other leadership teams to manage issues effectively when required.

Qualifications

- Familiarity with FDA regulations and their impact on healthcare communications.
