Eligibility Criteria for Hiring Our Heroes:
  • Must be an active-duty service member
  • Must be transitioning from the Military within a specified timeframe
  • Approval from DoD authority is required
  • Completion of a 90-day fellowship internship is necessary
  • Attendance at required training sessions is mandatory
  • Willingness to travel for business-related purposes may be required
  • Must utilize a company gas card for travel if necessary
  • Personal laptop computer is required
Physical Requirements:
  • Medium work involving exertion of up to 50 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds regularly
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing light office tasks
Compensation and Benefits:

This military transition program does not offer compensation through Leaf Home. However, candidates who secure full-time employment with Leaf Home or its subsidiaries upon program completion will be eligible for full-time compensation. Additional benefits may include options such as a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, competitive Paid Time Off (PTO), reimbursement for eligible expenses, and discounts on services such as gym memberships and childcare.
