About the Role:
The Member Service Representative position is not your typical teller role. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering an exceptional customer service experience to credit union members. As a Member Service Representative, you will be empowered to do what is right for the member, driven by your passion for helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
A typical day for a Member Service Representative includes:

  • Processing all transactions for members, whether in person or via telephone, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, and transfers.
  • Providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service in processing transactions such as opening new checking/savings accounts, direct deposits, ATM cards, and CD/IRA/Money Markets.
  • Cross-selling and promoting Credit Union products and services.

Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate will possess entry-level banking and/or retail experience, including cash handling and customer service skills. Strong verbal communication skills and an understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism as a front-line representative of our institution are essential.

Salary:
$38,662 - $45,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
