You will be working as a RN Case Manager, supporting the Harm Reduction Program. Your responsibilities will include developing patient care plans, responding to health education needs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • RN with current Mass. licensure
  • Case Management experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience. Benefits include an employer-matched retirement plan, comprehensive healthcare, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
