About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-stocked.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Participate in sales and marketing events, promoting Sam's Club products and services to members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
