Desktop Support Specialist

As a Desktop Support Tech I at Della Infotech, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients. To be successful in this role, you will need to have 1-2 years of related experience, with a strong understanding of technical documentation and the ability to write clear and concise technical reports. Prior experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role is highly preferred, as is experience working in a customer service environment. An associate degree in computer systems or a related field, or equivalent experience, is also a plus. If you have experience working in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of computer equipment, that's a definite advantage. Additionally, experience in IT support in the healthcare industry is a strong asset. You will also need to hold the MD 100 and 101 certifications or newer.
