Job Requirements:

As a Desktop Support Tech I at Della Infotech, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients. To be successful in this role, you will need to have 1-2 years of related experience, with a strong understanding of technical documentation and the ability to write clear and concise technical reports. Prior experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role is highly preferred, as is experience working in a customer service environment. An associate degree in computer systems or a related field, or equivalent experience, is also a plus. If you have experience working in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of computer equipment, that's a definite advantage. Additionally, experience in IT support in the healthcare industry is a strong asset. You will also need to hold the MD 100 and 101 certifications or newer. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and have the skills and experience to back it up, we'd love to hear from you.
