- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting autonomy, dignity, and respect for individual values and beliefs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, utilizing data and evidence-based practice to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and advancing nursing knowledge to improve patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider NRP American Academy of Pediatrics certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in orthopedic nursing.
