Orthopedic Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Orthopedic Nurse Specialist to join our team at vTech Solution. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Orthopedic Surgery department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient surgical procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest orthopedic surgical techniques and best practices.
Requirements:
- Active WA license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in orthopedic surgery or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- 75-80% of time spent in an outpatient setting.
- 20-25% of time spent in an inpatient setting.
- Occasional floating required to Swedish MAIN Surgery and Swedish South Tower Surgery.
