- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience in developing high-performing teams.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to analyze reports and guide teams to improve commercial performance.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with experience in managing or supporting resourcing planning and scheduling.
- Experience as a Key Holder, including being available for emergency call-outs and securing the property and premise.

The pay range for this role is: $76,000 - $103,000. This is a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The base pay rate offered will account for internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region of work, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
