Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests, ensuring that every visit is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily interaction with guests, including answering menu-based questions, making menu recommendations, and suggestive selling.
- Manage cash handling and POS operations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
- Deliver food to guest tables, organize to-go orders, and take phone orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Restock retail areas and maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing environment.
- Bring your own personality and spin to ensure the highest level of hospitality and exceed guest expectations.
Requirements
