Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at the Corpus Christi Hooks. As a key member of our game day staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless event operations, and contributing to the overall success of our stadium events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist fans with questions and provide accurate information about the event, stadium, and surrounding area.
  • Coordinate with in-game promotion personnel to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for fans.
  • Manage lost and found items, maintaining an accurate log and ensuring prompt return of lost property to its rightful owners.
  • Assist with lost and found children, providing a safe and secure environment until parents or guardians are reunited with their child.
  • Cross-train in the reception area, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression for guests.
  • Assist with giveaways and contests, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for fans.
  • Operate the Prize Wheel, ensuring fair and random distribution of prizes to lucky winners.
  • Receive money from and issue tickets to fans participating in kid zone activities, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Provide a correct accounting of activity tickets and collected monies to the Finance office by the end of each game.
  • Obtain parent signatures on permission/waiver slips, ensuring compliance with safety and liability regulations.
Requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Ability to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the event.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing responsibilities and ensuring timely completion of duties.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, with occasional sitting and walking required.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced stadium environment, with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Physical Demands

This role requires a largely sedentary work environment, with specific vision abilities required for close and focused work. Attention to detail is essential, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Travel

Travel is not expected in this role, with all work performed on-site at the stadium.Other Duties
