Registered Nurse III

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse III to join our team. As a key member of our oncology department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering world-class healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with in-office procedures, clinic flow, and practice management for Psychiatry and Supportive Care Medicine.
- Facilitate continuity of care by setting up new oral medications electronically and managing monthly prescriptions.
- Provide telephone triage for clinic patients with needs ranging from chemotherapy, results review, symptom management, and medication management.
- Triage Patient Advice Requests and other requests in the electronic medical record.
- Manage acute and chronic side effects after treatment and coordinate care with clinic staff and other disciplines within PFSP.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in oncology nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of acute care nursing experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in oncology nursing.
- A current, unrestricted RN license in the State of California.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or willingness to obtain within one year of start date.
