Nurse Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Create a warm and friendly environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being from admission through discharge.
Advocate for our residents at every stage of care, going above and beyond to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Develop personalized care plans for each resident, based on observation and expertise, to ensure their unique needs are met.
Handle medication for our residents, maintaining meticulous records of every aspect of their care.
Requirements:
Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
Possess a valid RN state license and CPR certification.
Have experience in all aspects of nursing and the practice of medicine.
Be knowledgeable about laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care.
