As a Skilled Tradesperson, you will work out of your home on a full-time or part-time basis, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in Asheville and nearby areas. Our clients have come to expect quality craftsmanship and customer service from us, and we find and schedule the jobs for you.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $25-$30 (based on experience), along with a $500 On-Boarding Bonus after 90 Days, performance bonuses, cell phone reimbursement, flexible scheduling, advancement and growth opportunities, regular pay reviews, consistent year-round work, and more.

• A strong work ethic, professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of many trades, including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, light Plumbing, and Electrical.
• Excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact positively with a wide variety of different types of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel.
• Succesful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsperson, ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing, own standard set of tools, own truck or van, current and valid drivers license, residence within 30 miles of the city of Asheville, excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, strong documentation and invoicing skills, professional appearance and demeanor, and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
