Role Overview:

In this position, you will spearhead intricate client implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver credit card solutions for medium to large-sized banks in the US. This role provides the chance to engage directly with clients and play a pivotal part in program planning, execution, and governance, ensuring the successful delivery of each program and making a substantial contribution to the organization's revenue and growth. You will work alongside a dedicated team of Solution Engineers, Program Managers, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Quality Assurance experts, and other essential functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with client counterparts to comprehend the overall program scope, timelines, and potential challenges. Formulate a comprehensive strategy and plan to implement the Tachyon platform and transition existing bank volumes onto the Tachyon Core.
  • Program Execution and Oversight: Play a crucial role in the overall execution of the program. Ensure compliance with all processes, proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders. Participate in daily and weekly governance meetings with senior client representatives.
  • Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with various product and release engineering teams to evaluate the scope of changes needed for a solution and determine an optimal release timeline for all business requirements.
  • Platform Expertise: Acquire a thorough understanding of the Tachyon platform and its functional and technical capabilities, including product and policy configurations, integration methods, and data migration. Engage directly with the platform, including APIs, to gain practical knowledge.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with both external (clients, vendors) and internal (solution engineers, data engineers, product teams) stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of program implementation. Address any issues or escalations reported by clients or vendors.
  • Training: Complete the training curriculum to enhance your understanding of the Tachyon Platform and its various modules.
  • Support for Sales Teams: Assist the Sales and Pre-Sales teams during the sales process with domain knowledge and implementation expertise.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience managing and delivering large cross-functional programs from inception to launch.
  • Prior experience in credit card implementations, particularly in client-facing roles with medium to large clients, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Ability to comprehend technical concepts related to SaaS offerings, cloud (AWS), APIs, etc.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, with the capacity to influence and manage the expectations of senior executives both internally and externally.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
  • Self-driven with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new and evolving project demands.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Technology and Delivery.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Systems).
