As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from adults to geriatric patients, and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions, such as manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance exercises, to improve clients' physical function and mobility.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address clients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote independent living.
Requirements:
  • A current Ohio Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
