Position Overview:

The Enterprise Software Manager is tasked with overseeing the integration of digital supply chain and sourcing functions within the Enterprise Services (ES) Strategy and Transformation Initiatives. This role requires collaboration with suppliers, ES leaders, and functional service owners to foster effective partnerships and develop category strategies for enterprise collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pricing analysis and negotiate commercial terms and technology agreements.
  • Manage relationships with digital application suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with software licensing and asset management contracts.
  • Establish supplier engagement plans and enforce governance across the portfolio.
  • Oversee an integrated master schedule for engagements, renewals, and RFQs.
  • Build strong partnerships with various stakeholders, including legal and finance teams.
  • Develop and maintain robust supplier relationships to enhance effectiveness and value.

Qualifications Required:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement Management, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Digital IT.
  • Proficient negotiation and sourcing skills, with a solid understanding of various software license types.
  • Ability to perform contract redlines and manage contracts to meet technical, cost, and schedule objectives.
  • Strong collaboration skills, enabling effective communication with internal service owners and external suppliers.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial information, budgets, and program performance, with the ability to develop strategies for improvement.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital applications and their suppliers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractual obligations.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to translate requirements into actionable strategies.
  • Effective communication skills across all management levels and individual contributors.
  • Capability to create impactful presentations and documents for leadership reviews.
