About the Role
The Hardware Program Lead will be responsible for managing the design and implementation of automation hardware systems, including DCS and PLC components. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and validation procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain hardware design requirements and testing standards.
- Collaborate with engineering firms on control panel and automation network designs.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of hardware components.
- Perform technical evaluations of hardware suppliers and witness factory acceptance tests.
- Manage hardware change control and ensure compliance with qualification procedures.
- Provide technical support for project teams and liaise with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience with DeltaV DCS and Rockwell PLC architectures.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory standards, and automation validation.
- Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities.
