Job Summary

Aniz Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator/Intake Specialist to manage the front desk and office duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete intake packets and orient new clients about Aniz's services
  • Act as a liaison between infectious disease clinic staff and clients
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, client file management, and use of AVID data tool
  • Monitor client recertification dates and remind clients to bring necessary documents
  • Triage members and introduce them to Aniz's services
  • Verify US Citizenship/Permanent Residence and assist clients with acquiring or replacing documents
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
