We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with autism and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6, adhering to the highest standards of the profession
- Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles
- Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them on their child's progress within the ABA framework
- Engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification
- Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
- Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training)
- Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential, as well as an ability to meet specific physical demands of the job
- Computer and tablet literacy
- Ability to work on a team
- $26.00/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion

Soar Autism Center is creating a network of interdisciplinary clinics dedicated to helping children with autism and their families thrive. Our services include naturalistic therapy (Early Start Denver Model), speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health services, and diagnostic services, all designed to provide a comprehensive and integrated approach to care.
